Gerakini

Gerakini is a small town that belongs to the municipality of Polygyros. At the beginning of the 20th century Gerakini was a small settlement of workers at the mine, starting to grow after 1960. Gerakini has beautiful beaches and a good infrastructure.




Poligyros

Polygyros is located at the centre of the Peninsula of Chalkidiki near the Holomontas mountain. Its altitude is 560m. In its northern part there is an all green side that goes up to the top "Tsoukalas" where you can enjoy the magical view: the 3 peninsulas of Sithonia, Kassandra and Mount Athos and the picturesque islands of Diaporo, Ammouliani and Kelifou.

Chalkidiki
